SENIOR SALES ENGINEER


Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
  • Work with other HVAC sales Engineers in providing distinctive sales support in system solutions to satisfy customers's need.
  • Develop the plans for the equipment sales business in the assigned market segment.
  • Developing the equipment sales business in possesion of sustainbility, quality earning and continual growth.
  • Execute the initiatives and commiting to yield total customer satification and achieve the business results.
  • Meet Key Performances Indicators (KPI) set for his business segment within the HVAC sales department.
  • Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Maintain constant field interlligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programs.
  • Enforce and ensure the execution of business operation and conduct are in compliance with Rodamas Ethics policy.
  • Communicative and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives / performance is achieved at all times.
  • Manage the secured projects diligently in term of costing, timely planning of delivery schedule with the factory and the service department, minimize additional rework or unplanned cost and ensure prompt collection
  • Foster strong customers relationship with all customers enabling is at active and leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, excellent payment collection position at all time.
  • Perform any other duties from time to time , whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assignes by his superior.
  • Maintain high morale and team spirit within the team.
  • HVAC equipment sales business target.
  • Financial performance of the HVAC equipment sales team.
  • Teamwork within the HVAC equipment sales team.
  • Customer relationships building and customer satisfication.

Kualifikasi:
  • Sarjana teknik atau setaranya dengan min. IPK 2,8
  • Diatas 5 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai sales / marketing dalam berjualan langsung (direct selling) di industri mesin.
  • Terbiasa bekerja berdasarkan target dan mampu bekerja tanpa pengawasan terus menerus.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dibidang pengembangan sales & distribusi (Lebih disukai pasar HVAC & customer base).
  • Mampu melakukan forecast pricing, quotation and budgeting.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan memiliki keinginan belajar, analisa, agresif dan keingingan kuat untuk sikap membantu.
  • Harus pro-active sebagai bagian dalam team serta memiliki kemampuan penyelesain masalah yang baik.
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris dan menggunakan komputer.
  • Memiliki kendaraan mobil dapat menjadi suatu keuntungan.
