ENGINEERING ASSISTANT
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Assist HVAC sales Engineering in providing distinctive sales support in system design and HVAC system solutions to satisfy customers's needs.
- Execute the initiatives and commiting to yield total customer satisfication and achieve the business results.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set for his business segment within the Project sales department.
- To ensure and monitor working procedure within the sales departments are well implemented.
- Provide and maintain availability of sales tools to enable sales team response the customer within the time frame.
- Enforce and ensure the execution of business operation and conduct are in compliance with Johnson controls Ethics policy
- Communicative and work closely with other departments / factory in ensuring the overall company objectives / performance is achieved at all times.
- Manage the secured projects diligently in term of costing, timely planning of delivery schedule with the factory and the service department, minimize additional rework or unplannerd cost and ensure prompt collection.
- Make sure compliance of all order received before pass it to procurement and logistic department.
- Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad - hoc or otherwise, as assigned by his superior.
- Maintain high morale and team spirit within the team.
Kualifikasi:
- Lulusan Diploma teknik (D1) atau universitas (S1) atau setaranya dengan IPK diatas 2,8.
- Fresh graduate dipersilahkan atau 1 tahun pengalaman.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan memiliki keinginan belajar, analisa, agresif dan keingingan kuat untuk sikap membantu.
- Harus pro-aktif team player dan mampu bekerja dengan minim pengawasan.
- Memiliki kemampuan penyelesain masalah , HVAC Produk dan sistem pengetahuan.
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris dan menggunakan komputer.
