Job Descriptions
  • Responsible handle working Visa (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, etc) for foreign employees
  • Responsible for making work contract
  • Able to solve labour / manpower problem
  • Responsible for employee recruitment, training & salary
  • Accomplished human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Orient new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining; explaining and obtaing signatures for benefit program
  • Maintain human resources by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increase; tracking vacation sick and personal time
  • Responsible handling employee trip tickets, hotel, etc

Qualifications:
  • Male / female
  • Age 25 – 35 years old
  • Psychology Degree
  • English language
  • Experience min 2 years
  • Willing to work individually or in a team
  • Possess leadership
