Oasis Hotel Management (OHM) urgently need qualified candidates for ROOM DIVISION & HOTEL MANAGER Based in BALI. ROOM DIVISION & HOTEL MANAGER for regional office is responsible to assist General Manager/ Hotel Manager in all daily operation activities.

ROOM DIVISION & HOTEL MANAGER


ROOM DIVISION MANAGER
Key responsibilities are as follows:
  • Computer knowledge required of desk tops, lap tops, networks, servers, devices.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all computer equipment and IT systems
  • Excellent oral and written communications a must.
  • Must be able to manage employees in all areas of operations.
  • Well groomed, friendly, polite and efficient
  • Must pay attention to detail and encourage this trait with all associates
  • Training all Guest Service agents
  • Ensure all completed work of staff is accurate
  • Handling complaints before addressing the General Manager/ Hotel Manager
  • Assist the General Manager/ Hotel Manager in daily operations (Manage the operation of the Front Office e.g. Reception, Reservations, Concierge, Switchboard and Night Manager)



HOTEL MANAGER
Key responsibilities are as follows:
  • Strong in operation
  • Oversee all aspect of running a hotel, from house keeping and general maintenance to budget management and marketing
  • Strong in business skill. You will need to communicate well with a sensitive and diplomatic approach
  • Analyzing financial information and statistics
  • Making sure security is effective
  • Dealing with customer complaints and comments
  • Make sure to follows regulations
  • Detail person

Requirement:
Education:
  • General education related to hospitality, on middle and higher management level.

Work experience:
  • At least 3 years experience within the hotel industry in Hotel Management.

Professional skills
  • Excellent written English and copy-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with several hotel operation systems
  • Skillful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks.
