Oasis Hotel Management (OHM) urgently need qualified candidates for Human Capital Manager Based in BALI. Human Capital Manager for regional office is responsible for providing all Human Resources services to leaders and employees for all properties in Bali. The role reports to the Director of Human Capital based in Jakarta.

HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Be able to perform all standard Human Resources services such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, support any redundancy and disciplinary issues and provide talent management (training, performance management, leadership counseling, etc.)
  • Support the leaders with specific project work and Employee Tracking and Review Committees in Bali.
  • Ensure that all statutory requirements handled by Human Resources such as Employment Regulations are done and filed with the Ministry of Manpower.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and practice. Attention to developments in the Indonesian labor market and being the key advisor to management on developments that may affect the Company.
  • Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations, income tax and budgeting
  • Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator
  • Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented
  • Has a great capability in staff development
  • Experience dealing with large number of staff
  • Able to work under pressure and highly motivated

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): labor law, human resource, Organisation Development, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Training & Development, Change Management, Compensation and Benefit
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably from hospitality industry
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the Labor Law, Income Tax, Industrial Relations and Organizational Development
  • Have experience in the application of Balanced Score Card, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefit schemes and HR Information System
  • Good negotiation skills
