RESTAURANT CAPTAIN (CT)
Job Summary
Assist the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager Assistant in managing and directing all operational aspects aimed at developing maximum business volume for the restaurant, and maintaining the highest professional standard expected of a our concept restaurant in teamwork effort with all the staff.
General Requirement
- Male/Female, maximum 27 years old.
- Have a degree at hospitality education.
- Good interpersonal, attitude, and personality.
- Good intrapersonal & communication skills.
- Strong self-manage & hard worker.
- self motivated, energetic, and dynamic.
- Able to work with flexible working shift.
Special Requirement
- Fluent in English (minimum speak & read).
- Professional, articulate, friendly and punctual.
- Able to converse comfortably and openly with guest.
- Strong leadership.
- Well manage in administration task.
- Good organizational skill; fast, effective, efficient.
- Minimum degree D3.
- 2 years minimum experience as a captain.
