ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER (ARM)
Job Summary
Assist the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef in managing and directing all operational aspects aimed at developing maximum business volume for the Food and Beverage Department. Also maintaining the highest professional standard expected of our restaurant concept in teamwork effort with all the staff.
General Requirement
- Have a degree at hospitality education.
- Good interpersonal, attitude, and personality.
- Good intrapersonal & communication skills.
- Strong self-manage & hard worker.
- self motivated, energetic, and dynamic.
- Able to work with flexible working shift.
Special Requirement
- Fluent in English (speak-read-write).
- Physically and Mentality health.
- Minimum Barchelor Degree from hospitality and/or reputable hotel (minimum 3 stars reputable hotel).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- 2 years minimum experience at fine-dining restaurant and/or reputable hotel.
- Maximum age 35 years old.
