RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Screening candidate and matching them to suitable job roles.
- Maintaining man power plan of all division
- Negotiate compensation and benefit to all of candidates
- Respond to general consultancy enquires
- General data admin and paperwork
Requirement :
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Min bachelor degree from Psychology with GPA minimum 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experience in Supervisory level or 1 year in managerial level handling recruitment process and headcount analysis (preferably from Food and Beverage Industry)
- Expert in Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel etc)
- Strong Knowledge in developing candidate selection process.
- Mastering of psychological test
- Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and negotiation skill.
- Dynamic, detail and result oriented
- Strong analysis, highly initiative, and strong Leadership
- Honest, hard working, and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a team and individual
- Willing to travelling
- Placement : Head Office – Jakarta selatan
