AREA MANAGER RESTAURANT CHINESE
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement, Productivity, and quality goals
- Review performance data (financial, sales, and activity report) to monitor and measure activity, goal progress and activity level
- Plant and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficient
- Able to handling min. 6 outlet restaurant
- Responsible for compliance with all safety related guidelines in his work area.
Requirements :
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from Hospitality or Food and Baverage Industry
- Have experience minimum 3 years in the same positions, preferaby in Restaurant Chinese.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin would be an adventages
- Willing to work on weekend and public holiday
- Good leadership, management, communication skill and customer service oriented
- Able to work under pressure and in a team
- Placement : Jakarta
