PROJECT DIRECTOR
Based in Sei Baung , Palembang
Responsibility :
Participates in all programs and enforces all policies relating to performance evaluations and career development planning, Reviews management evaluations for consistency, Impresses upon management the importance of the career planning and performance evaluation programs, Creates an environment where Innovators can successfully achieve professional career path goals, Manages the development of project managers and senior managers, Assigns tasks to practice management that give managers an opportunity to grow, Reviews status reports of Project Managers and Senior Managers and addresses issues as appropriate, Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces, Enforces standard policies and procedures.
Qualification:
- Degree, preferably in Engineering and MBA would be advantage
- At least 10 years’ experiences at Project Manager/ Director with good track records preference in Construction and have some for EPC Projects and Operational Management preferable for Mechanical & Electrical Projects or specifically Fire Fighting Projects
- Certified and experienced in Security & Fire (NFPA and UL, FM standard (preferred)
- Computer Savvy (MS-Office, MS Project and Internet)
- Implement proper Project Management
- Should have leadership traits and be a strong team player at the same time, good communicator with pleasing personality, self-motivated with passion to prove him/ herself, should have an attitude of honoring commitments
- Business sense, possess communication and analytical skills
- Strong driving force, self-motivated, highly motivated to succeed
- Good Communication skills ,efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form
- Have comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation
- Have management skills, leadership and supervisory skills
- Have Good interpersonal skills and be able to work with teams
- Be able to coordinate with other departments
- Excellent project, planning, control , change and time management capabilities
- Be cordial , innovative and professional
- Have good judgment and decision making skills
- Ability to lead and manage
- High integrity and trustworthy
- Strong understanding of customers and market requirements.
- Excellent track record in achieving and completed Projects as per schedule
- Having experience is Fire system /Electronic system business would be advantage
- Strong driving force, self-motivated, highly motivated to succeed
