HR GENERALIST (TANGERANG)

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 28 years old
  • Prefer background bachelor in Human Resource / Psychology / Law
  • Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans
  • Prefer candidates from service industry with min 3 years experience in office management & operation
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS database. Accounting software knowledge a plus
  • Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written
  • Experience administering employee benefit plans, recruitment and compensation plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse staff
  • Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower related regulation
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
  • Self driven, good manner and strong analytical skill
  • Well-organized, disciplined, presentation, negotiation and good communications skill
  • Have a high motivation, high endurance and achievement responsibility in completing the work
  • Good personality, creative, high integrity, and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • General HR functions: recruitment, training & development, compensation, contract & dispute settlement, organizational development, performance management, succession planning
  • Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff
  • Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefits
  • Counsels employees (and potential employees/applicants) on plan provisions so that individuals can make informed decisions on benefits
  • Resolves employee concerns related to health and welfare plans functioning as liaison with various insurance carriers
  • Works with hiring managers to develop job descriptions
  • Consulting with managers and supervisors concerning individual employees or groups, identifying and resolving employee-related matters, and providing guidance and mediation on staffing and management issues
  • Leads the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position identifying effective sources. Efficiently and effectively assist in filling open positions
  • Assists with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to Management Team and Board of Directors for improvement of organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters
  • Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR matters
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing orientation and on-boarding process
  • Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet company’s personnel information needs
  • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Manage staff training/development program
  • Identify and work with external HR consultants and attorneys on special projects as needed
  • Interprets and enforces human resources-related Department policies/procedures
  • Analyzes and adjusts unit policies/procedures to ensure consistency and maximum productivity
  • Supervises and participates in the evaluation of positions to determine the proper classification of each
