Qualification:


At least minimum 2 years experience in same position at 4 or 5 star hotel or Restaurant
- A good level of spoken English is A MUST
- Specialties in Western Food
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Has strong leadership, timely & consistent high quality
- Able to conduct training
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fact paced environment
- Able to work under pressure


Job Responsibility:



  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions

  • Manage the provision of food to F&B outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation

  • Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Ensure foodstuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly

  • Control costs without compromising standards, improving gross profit margins and other departmental and financial targets

  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

  • Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues

  • Be environmentally aware
