HOTEL Mercure Jakarta Simatupang is located in Lebak Bulus area and one of the main business property in the south. We have 232 rooms, all day dining restaurant, 3 banquet rooms and an attractive and trendy bar on the roof top. Hotel is located in TB Simatupang along the toll road exit Pondok Indah.

RESERVATION SUPERVISOR

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

• To set a high quality of service as per hotel standard


• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times


• Guest service oriented

Skills & Experience

• At least minimum 2 years experience in same position at 4 or 5 star hotel


• Able to use OPERA system is a must


• A good level of spoken English Language is A MUST


• Having analytical thinking, strong leadership


• Ability to work in a team as well as individually


• Able to work under pressure


• Ability to learn quickly and work in fact paced environment


• Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
