The restaurants managed under its corporate umbrella are household names such as Fajar Restaurant, Top Noodles Restaurant, Marina Indonesian Seafood, and Yamagoya Ramen. As of 2014, the group manages 15 restaurants in Surabaya and Jakarta with goals to expand outside these regions by means of corporate chains or franchise.

As of 2014, the group manages 15 restaurants in Surabaya and Jakarta with goals to expand outside these regions by means of corporate chains or franchise.
We are looking for candidates to fill the position of Marketing Manager. Your daily duties are to:
- Oversee a team that is responsible for creating creative marketing ideas and plans for each restaurant unit.
- Propose quarterly marketing budget.
- lead regular meetings and guide the team into selecting advertising means that are appropriate, communicative, and interactive.
- Monitor the effectiveness of each marketing campaign and propose retention program.
- Explore Franchising Opportunities
Minimum Requirement:
- S1 Business Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, Public Relation, or related majors.
- Minimal 8-10 Years working as a supervisory marketing role in hospitality or related industry
- Deep mastery of Web-based marketing (SEO, social media, etc.)
- Creative, Positive attitude, strong leadership quality, punctuality in achieving deadline
- MS Excel proficiency and analytical skills required.
