Solutions Sales Manager (Enterprise)

  • Achieves PQ sales revenue target in the assigned country.
  • Formulates and implementa sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies. 
  • Develops and implements plans to increase market-share and profitability of enterprise products and services (value-based concept).
  • Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects. 
  • Works with marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image. 
  • Mobilises EATON local and regional resources to close enterprise projects and creates satisfied customers. 
  • Complies with customer or projects bid review process and provides bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements of the project or customer. 
  • Maintains a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally. 
  • Performs all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values
