Requirements
The successful Candidate should fulfill below criteria:
- Graduate in business or management (For Consumer product sales)
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Have some work experience in facing the customers or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
- Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
Job Description
- Maintaining and developing relationships with Japanese tenant/customer by providing support information, guidance and also service improvement
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Creating detailed proposal documents, gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Presenting the product or service to future tenant/customer
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Gathering and reporting market information
