PROJECT OPERATION TEAM LEADER
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Managing team member to do project testing & Commisioning, maintenance and Labor & Material (L&M) job as a main duties.
- Make schedule for testing and comissioning, maintenance, warranty and L&M job, yearly, monthly and weekly.
- Making monthly report for maintenance and L&M job.
- Preparing for "Berita Acara Serah Terima Pekerjaan" for invoicing supporting document.
- Finding Opportunity for L&M on maintenance Job (Pull Through).
- Helping Service Engineer for costing (finding correct part number, planing man hours and material).
- Supporting project sales team to get KCI (Keep Customer Informed) project @technical side.
- Monitoring and Managing team member.
- Maintain, monitoring and manging job planning and execution in effective manner to achieve maximum target margin
- Monthly / weekly meeting coordination with service operation manger.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan STM / D3 / S1 jurusan HVAC.
- Pengalaman 10 tahun dibidang HVAC sistem atau koordinator proyek.
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris.
- Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan.
- Dapat menggunakan Ms. Office.
- Memiliki mental yang kuat ketika menghadapi masalah.
