Builds and develop independent distributors through leading, training and empowering.
- Ability to recruit Distributors (Sales Leaders) from Friends, Relatives, Associate and Neighbors.
- To train trainor and motivate Distributors and Staff ni pursuit of Company Sales Goals.
- Work Experience: Candidates with prior experience in Sales Management in Network Marketing company will have an advantage.

- Client acquisition skills consisting of: prospecting methods, methods of engagement, qualification and discovery,

- Management and leadership skills.
- Behavioral Competency (Personal Leadership)
- That can empowers each member of staff to recognize situations, assess implications, evaluate options, and make appropriate actions based on choices that support specific goals, the goals of a team, or the goals of a business.
- This competency would would address the daily execution of sales related activities defined in a sales business plan such as prospecting, scheduled meetings, the number of new account opportunities generated as well as projected and actual business closed.
- Emotionally Intelligent Competency
- Ability to recognize and overcome the attitudes beliefs and emotional blocks that create resistance to change, limit skill development, and sabotage advances in individual and organizational achievement.
Other Requirements:
- Can speak English language and must be more than 30 years and up.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
