TEAM LEAD BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for our business intelligence strategy, especially with regard to the development of our data warehouse, choice of tools and recruiting of the business intelligence team
- Managing and developing our business intelligence team
- Carrying out ad-hoc analysis and providing strategic recommendations to the whole organisation (especially top management, marketing, operations and finance) based
on statistical analysis of our data sources - Developing internal reporting systems for all business areas
- Responsible for the data accuracy across our tracking and analytics systems for our regional operations in multiple countries
Who We Are Looking For
- Degree in either Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years professional working experience in a relevant position, ideally for an eCommerce company
- Experience in leading a team preferred
- Experience in the development of performance analysis reports, with a deep knowledge of Excel
- Experience of working with at least one web analytics system
- A team player, who is results-oriented, structured and analytical with an affinity for numbers
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
