Service Engineer [Medical Diagnostic Equipment]
Requirements:
- Hold: Uji Kesesuaian training on Bapeten certified is most preferable
- Have more than 2 years of experience in installation and maintenance of X-ray
- Have CT and MRI maintenance experience is preferable
- Minimum D3 majoring Electro-medical Engineering
- English(mandatory), Japanese(advantage)
- Posses good analytically and problem-solving skills
- Able to travel domestic and overseas alone and with short notice
Job Descriptions:
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of medical diagnostic equipment.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance on customer’s installations to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably.
• Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to distributors and customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment, and systems.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.
• Plan and execute Field Safety Corrective Action.
• Maintain and update monthly service reports.
• Promote and propose the service contract to the installation customers
• Service spare parts management
