The qualification of each job position are as follows:
SENIOR MERCHANDISE AND MARKETING MANAGER
Requirements:
- S1 in Economy with minimum grade 3 out of 4
- Age 30-45
- Minimum 3 year experience in the position of manager level of related field.
- Good in communication skill both Indonesia and English(speaking and writing)
- Good personality and good in contact with people
- Target oriented, Hard working and poses Good leadership skill to lead the team, Ability to coordinate
- Demonstrate ability to increase productivity and continuous to improve efficiency, continuous learning and improving on merchandising and adjusted to an environment of constant change of market condition
- Good analyzing ,planning and follow up skill on merchandising and marketing strategy and program
- Ability to delegate and control
- Good computer skill in MS Office
