Raffles Marina is Singapore’s premier marina. An international full service boating haven, we offer berthing facilities to a wide range of boats from small pleasurecrafts to superyachts, within the setting of the comforts of a prestigious country club. A 5 Gold Anchor Award Marina – the highest honour given to a marina. It also won the title of "BEST ASIAN MARINA", in 2007.
We are looking for an individual who is well qualified, presented, meticulous, highly motivated, good planning skills and resourceful, to join us as Sea Sports Manager.
Sea Sports Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, direct Sailing Programmes/Training for the Club
- Plan and set races and overseeing races
- Public relations, networking with sailors, boaters, other marinas and boating associations
- Training of staff in water activities
- Compliance with safety procedures and champion in safety
Requirements:
- Relevant Certificate in Boating & Sea Sports
- At least 3 years of relevant hands-on working experience
- Possess an outstanding public relations skills, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, organizational & leadership qualities, excellent team player, and must be hands-on
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
