Retail Operation - Surabaya
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible to organize all sales & marketing activities in every stores, manage staff and third party sales forces within his/her area to achieve the agreed target.
Job Description:
1. Leading & managing stores to promote our products to customers.
2. Building close relationships with opinion leaders/key customers within his/her respective area
3. Managing third party sales force in promoting & selling our products
4. Formulating and propose below the line promotion within his/her respective area
Qualification :
• Female / male, max 33 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 any major
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having experience as PIC Store in previous experience
• At least Supervisor / Coordinator specializing in Sales - Retail operation in fashion retail industry
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative
• Having experience in manage people and stores
• Can work under pressure and has a big enthusiasm with retail industry
• 1 Full-Time position available
