We are multinational plantation company which aggressively expanding looking for:

Plantation Purchasing Officer (fertilizer, chemical, engineering spare parts, & others)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase cycle starting from request form users, liaise with vendor, price negotiation, delivery goods to user.
• Perform on purchase demand from Plantation/ Estate, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering (from PR creation, PO creation, PO Issue to Supplier and Supplier Delivery)
• Follow up all the purchase issue & ensure timely submission of purchase order requisition for internal approvals and coordinate delivery schedules and timing with suppliers
• Provide feedback to plantation team on availability of the requested goods and the status of request/ purchasing

Requirements:

• Experience handling in purchasing plantation is a must
• Have exposure on all area of purchase such as fertilizer, chemical, spare parts, & others
• Minimum 1 years in plantation company is a MUST
• Minimum D3 from all major
• Advance in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
