Therefore, we are immediately looking for:
HUMAN RESOURCE LEADER
Profile :
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, law or related field
- With at least three (3) years preferably in hospitality industry
- Strong Hotel Operational Knowledge
- Familiar with labour law and HR related matters
- Hands-on, result oriented and possess good communication skills
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English, and computer literate
- Able to conduct training as required
- Good at problem solving and analytical thinking
Function/Responsibilities :
- Handling the grievance, complains and other personnel matters at the workplace
- Liaise with the Head of Department, supervisors and leaders in regards to employee discipline and things related to Personnel Actions
- Mediate and counseling employees for productivity improvement
- Assisting employees/ supervision handling of all HR related matters
- Plan and propose the improvement plan to Head of Department
- Conduct meetings with related manager, supervisor and leader at the production department
- Sign documents of HR or Personnel Action
- Issue internal memo and related communication
- Report and discuss to Head of department any personal relation matters
- Solve the problem and close it when it is done
