URGENTLY REQUIRED

CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER (S)

You will report directly to the Manager of the Customer Care department.

Your main tasks are:

  •  Answer customer inquiries accurately
  •  Coordinate customer complaints with related company branch or colleague
  •  Calling new and existing customers to complete their order
  •  Check and improve the customer data in the internal customer database

Additional tasks could be:

  •  Investigate invalid customer and/or order data
  •  Propose improvements to existing company processes

Your should show us:

  •  Minimum completed High School Diploma
  •  Minimum of one year work experience related to customer care
  •  Good command of Bahasa Indonesia is required
  •  Good command of English is an advantage

We provide you with:

  •  Permanent status with 3 months probation
  •  Regular wage salary plus performance compensation
  •  Canteen, medical insurance and pension program
  •  Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 to 17:30, 1 hour break per day
  •  Desk with computer, headset and all necessary software
