BRAND MANAGER
The Brand Manager is responsible for managing the ALDO Shoes & Accessories brand in Indonesia. The individual must be able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork
Duties:
- In charge of the buying to maximise profitability by predicting and monitoring sales trends and accurately controlling stock levels by working closely with Principal
- Business forecast and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Provide insight and support to the Principal and management to better understand market trends and dynamics
- Identify opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs
- Work with visual merchandising team to ensure product strategy is well executed visually according to Principal’s guideline in all channels of distributions
- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Fashion Marketing Management or Marketing
- Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of related work experience in fashion retail and at least 3 years experience in brand management

- Strategic Leadership - ability to drive both short and long-term brand growth and profitability
- Analytical - ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans
- Superior Critical Thinking and Problem Solving - resourceful at achieving objectives/ results despite obstacles
- Able to sort through complex data to identify the core issues and develop a plan of action to resolve them
- Strong communication and influence skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in style Ability to build strong relationships with Principal, trade partners and internal team. Fluency in English is a must
- Energized by an entrepreneurial environment – Comfortable making decisions with limited information and resources. Self reliant/proactive and has a pioneering spirit. Takes initiative and follows-through on commitments to achieve results
