ASST. FINANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- In charge of monthly financial reports, year-end closing, annual audit
- Assist in budgeting/forecasting
- Intercompany transactions (related party)
- Manage and supervise daily operation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger
- Manage staff daily workload, coordinate and review staff work, handle payroll
- Ensure effective coordination with the sales team & customer service, manage and control collection from customer and cost report.
Requirements:
- Having knowledge about Finance Process and Bank Processing.
- Having skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Min. S1 graduate in Economic/Accounting Degree or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years experiences is preferable.
- Good communication skills have good ethics, able to work in the team and independently and problem solving.
- Honest, meticulous, and having good interpersonal skills, hard worker.
- Able to work on deadline and under pressure
