SITE MANAGER

SITE MANAGER
Male
- Graduate form Technical High School or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architect from reputable university
- Min. 3 years experince in civil & building project include in steel and oil chemical structure ( SIte Manager )
General Requirement:
- English ability (min passive)
- A good skill in MS Office and CAD software
- Posses strong leadership, intepersonal communication and analytical skill
- Proactive, hardworker, discipline and willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines
- Relationship building with Properry, vendor or contractor
- Willing to be place at site office
Job purpose :
- Responsible for store opening & refir project
- Involved in tendering, store contruction and design after site handover from landlord
- Responsible for supervising store opening construction works and completed on time
- Implement new design and concept innovation, better than competitors
- Capex computation within approved budget and capex monitoring
- Supervise operational store maintenance
- Fixed assets ordering for new stores
- maintain, report and record fixed assets movement
