JR/ SR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Job Description
- After and before sales service
- Product technical support and Field service
- Project / site visit for trouble shooting
- Making good report after site visit
- Conduct technical presentations (training) to clients
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
- Reporting to Manager
Qualification :
- Having a diploma/bachelor degree from a reputable university majoring in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
- Min. 2 years experience in Medium Voltage swithgear & low voltage electrical products such as Circuit breaker, power capacitor, switching, protection & control, power transmission and distribution, arrester, Surge Protection Devices/SPD, and Lighting arrester will be advantage.
- Having good knowledge of electrical networking troubleshooting and able to work under pressure on site
- Proficient in making system documentations, report and inventories
- Good interpersonal & communications skills, good team player, flexibility, hardworking & self motivated
- Has experience as Technical in various equipment (Instrument, Electrical, Mechanical) and having Technical Certificate is advantage
- Own SIM A or C valid driving licenses
- Fresh graduate with good IP scores are encouraged to apply
- Male and Females are encouraged to apply
- Excellent health and good computer skills (MS Office) and fluent in English written and verbal will be an advantage
- Customer-service oriented with strong initiative
- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel throughout Indonesia
