PT Nusantara Sawit Persada is a national company, engaged in the business of palm oil plantations, including the processing industry in the Province of Central Kalimantan and is headquartered in Jakarta. To support our business growth, the Company is searching for high potential candidate for following position:
INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF
Responsibilities:
- To review and recommend overall improvements of Estate operations and systems to ensure compliance with Group’s standards and regulatory requirements
- To conduct Estate visits, and provide feedbacks and recommendations for improvements and enhancements of the oil palm agricultural practices and operational efficiency
- To assess yield potential, and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements of the productivity and efficiency
- Perform analytical procedures on the financial and operating information and obtain information on any identified unusual position
- Perform test of control by conducting physical check on the company properties and follow up procedures in safeguarding of the assets
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements :
- Male, Max Age 30 years old
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance or Agronomy
- At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in the palm oil plantation preferred
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Having good knowledge in auditing, finance, tax and management
- Honest, responsible, and high analytical skill
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- To be placed in Jakarta
- Willing to travelling
