THE ROLE

Reporting into the HRD this is a fast paced, hands-on, HR generalist role in a busy, dynamic environment which is going through a significant period of change. Working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide the business with sound HR advice. In addition, you will drive key projects that will enhance and engage an innovative, high performing culture.

Reporting directly to Dealer Principal, your key responsibilities, will include:

  • Facilitating and maintaining a positive and rewarding HR business partnering relationship with the business to provide front line HR advice and support in line with the operational and strategic goals of each business division
  • Leading recruitment and selection processes, managing the talent visa accreditation process, facilitating succession planning initiatives, supporting career progression and developing local HR marketing activities in line with local market needs
  • Coordinating the on-boarding process, administering local employee recognition programs, superannuation set up, personnel filing, HR system support and providing other local HR administrative services as required
  • Coordinating and administering learning and development programs, local induction for new starters and training presentations to leaders and employees as required
  • Acting as an internal consultant on Compensation and Benefits to provide guidance on policy, job description and evaluation and specific related programs, supporting the payroll team with front line support and advice and providing input on adherence to Indonesian legislation
  • Supporting all aspects of performance management, workplace grievances, compliance breaches and administering collective negotiations, providing input into legislative updates and employment agreements
