GENERAL MANAGER
Requirements:
- Max 50 years old
- Minimum Bachelor of Management Hospitals and Tourism
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in same position, preferably in Resort and Spa Operations
- Good English oral and written, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good Strategic and leadership
- Willing to stay in BALI
- Person with high level of motivation skills
- Extremely good at multitasking
- Experience in hotel/building maintenance
- Sales goals achiever
- Highly organized
- Proven ability to operate within budget parameters
- Attention to detail, quality and brand standard
- The ability to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction
- A strong and positive work ethic
- Strong financial understanding including the ability to provide explanation on budget variances
- Experience in brand management including effective use of yield management tools
- Competency in computer skills with Microsoft office application
