Customer Service Representative
Description:
- Sales and customer service of products through e-commerce shop and telemarketing, familiarity with online shop management (online payment processes and management) as an advantage, responsible for issues concerning after sales.
- Check and solve doubts and complaints of customers over products by online messenger or email, handle properly customers’ complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers online and respond to customers’ request timely to make deals done.
- After proper training, edit product landing pages, maintain and update product info, check and follow the delivery status and customers’ needs.
Qualifications:
- Female, English is a must. Experience in retail, call center, online sales and other related sector a plus, fresh graduates welcomed.
- Know-how of computers, familiar with OFFICE software. Good communication skills, online communication included, solve customers’ doubts and questions online to make deals done, through PC, telephone as well as mobile APPs.
- Handle various incidents creatively, communicate with customers by telephone effectively and efficiently, so as to solve clients’ consulting and after sales issues.
- Good team player, communicate and learn proactively
- Good learner, eager to brace professional training on e-commerce.
Salary Package:
- Base salary + high commission + bonus
