Accounting Staff/Staf Akunting
Accounting Staff (FA)
Finance and Accounting Staff will report to Finance & Accounting Manager. He or she will assist Senior Staff Accountant on day-to-day functions.
Responsibilities
- Provides backup support to Account Receivable, such as follow up to customers of all outstanding A/R invoices by phone and collecting Bukti Potong Pph 23
- Prepare general ledger and journal entries/monthly reconciliations
- Responsible for aspects of accounting including maintenance, control and analysis
- Reconciliation and maintenance of financial statements and accounts
- Provides backup support to Tax, such as preparing tax form, fill in eSPT and arrange tax payment
- Provides back up support to Account Payable, such as processing, check and verify invoices from supplier and handling banking transaction
- Processing financial data for analysis report to management
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience in finance accounting area, preferably in multinational company
- Good knowledge in billing system and basic tax regulation and/ or willing to learn about taxation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, excellent knowledge of financial systems and good command in English is a MUST
- Well organized and high attention to detail
