Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation, approval and finalization of ordinances and resolutions. Drafts agreements, pleadings, letters, updates contracts.
To support on business compliance : Re.Technical, marketing and sales promotion
To support onorganization / system development
Requirements:
Male/Female with maximum age of 35
Bachelor Degree in Majoring Law (preferable) or any related background with minimum GPA 3.00
Having min. of 3 years working experience in Law Matters as follows: Corporate Law Business Law Legal Licenses Legal & document administration
Strong analytical skill with high initiatives
Self-motivated, target oriented, mature, able to work under pressure and cooperatives
Good communication, negotiation, selling skills and people management
Fluent in English is a must
Computer literate (MS Office)
