Role and Responsibilities: Melakukan pembayaran secara tunai dan melalui cheque :
- Melakukan outgoing payment dengan check/giro
- Posting incoming payment via Cash untuk penerimaan pada jam bukakasir
- Melakukan clearing harian penerimaan Bank & penerimaan AR
- Membuat laporan Cash Flow harian & menentukan Imprest Fund mingguan
Melakukan proses pembayaran melalui Transfer :
- Melakukan outgoing payment melalui Transfer & menjalankannya ke Bank
- Melakukan posting Bank harian
- Melakukan monthly closing
Memahami dan menjalankan fungsi Petty Cash Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Education level: SLTA atau D3
- Undergraduate degree majoring in Accounting or Finance Management, min GPA: 3.0 from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year experience in finance operation, especially in cashmanagement (invoice payment and account receivable collection)
- Male/Female, maximum age 27 years old
- Know about Financial Report
- Attention to details, willing to work under scheduled time frame
- High willingness to learn for self advancement
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fine active and passive English capabili
