One of Jakarta’s leading four star International hotels invites qualified and highly motivated professionals to fill the following position:




GUEST RELATION OFFICER




Responsible for maintaining the maximum levels of guest service and satisfaction, completing, updating and merging the guest history/profile in the computer system, making courtesy call periodically and taking care of the VIP guests/club floor guests.




Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 year experience in similar position, preferably in an international chain hotel

  • Minimum Hospitality Academy Graduates

  • Computer Literate (windows, word, excel, outlook), familiar with Hotel Information System

  • Has experience minimal 1 year experience in similar position preferable in hotel or leisure industry

  • candidate must passed at least Tourism Academi

  • Familiar with hotel system, familiar with Opera would be an advantage

  • Has good English level (written and spoken)

  • Well groomed and guest service oriented

  • Has good interpersonal & communication skill

  • Good listener, dynamic and well organized

  • Has knowledge in Front Office policies & procedures
