CAKE SPECIALIST (CODE:CAKES)
Requirement :
- Male / Female
- Min. 2- 3 years experience in Pastry (dessert and cakes)
- Have a good skill for cake decoration and cre-ative
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, positive attitude
- Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST, specially with customer
- Well groomed and presentable
- Willing to work late hours
- Willing to be placed at Bandung
Job Description :
- Decorate cakes according to customer request
- Use fondant, frosting, whipped cream, items for decoration as needed
- Skilfully handwrite names and messages on cake according to customer requests
- Measure and prepare the ingredients for the various cake fillings
- Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specification are met
- Adapt the quantity of ingredients to match the amount of items to be prepared
- Apply glazed, iclngs, or other toppings to baked goods, using spatulas or brushed
- Track orders in time appropriate manner, planning on the urgency and time to prepare of each order
- Participate in kitchen area cleaning activities
