TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
- Serves customers by installing and servicing cameras, lenses. investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
- Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
- Complete service documents by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Maintains customers by attending customer question providing brief explanation regarding the camera problem and service.
Requirements
- Male
- Age maximum 24 years old
- Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with Min GPA 2.75
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Excellent health and Good Communication
- Understand English (passive OK)
- Good computer skill
- Team player, able to adapt and work in fast pace environment.
