A well-established company specializing in duty free retailing is looking for:-
Operation Manager / Assistant Operation Manager (Based in Jakarta)
Responsibilities
The job responsibilities include preparation of Management Reports, reviewing of administrative policies and procedures, coordination of departmental budget and expenditure for retail operations. Overseeing and managing operations relating to the duty free concession operated by the company. The incumbent will also assist in the coordination of day-to-day operations’ briefings and meetings, as well as compilation of key operation statistics and information for release to Management.
Requirements
The successful applicant should preferably have a good degree in Business Management. The candidate should have an analytical mind and comfortable with figures. He or she should be able to read and understand basic financial statements. Applicants should be proficient in MS Office applications and experience in the usage of SAP system would be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in airline/warehouse position
- Excellent knowledge about warehouse management system, delivery system, transport/trucking and safety regulation will be added value
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Good working attitude and responsible
