Job Summary
- Human Resources Officers provide administration service for the recruitment and employment of staff.
- Key roles and responsibilities
- Helping draw up plans for future personnel needs
- Recruiting
- Providing staff training and development
- Operating benefit policies
- Counseling staff about any problem they may have
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree in psychology or human resource related
- Good organization skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in labor law is a plus
- Experience in Human Resource Department is a plus
- Analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills
