Responsibilities
- Creative Works
- Work in conjunction with management to deliver measureable & outstanding creative work.
- Develop ATL & BTL concept / strategy for all branding needs (TVC, Radio, Print ad, etc)
- Drives Art & Creativity innovation for the agency
- Approve & maintain Quality standards for all creative works from team
- Lead the brainstorming session for all projects
- Supervise all works related to creative & productions
Inter – Department Works
- Work closely with Promotion & Marcomm to provide best creative ideas & concepts
- When required, interface with clients to present ideas, concepts, strategies, including visual designs, copywriting, etc.
Requirements :
- Min age 30 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree, preferably in Creative Design, Communication, etc.
- Min 4 years Experience in ATL & BTL Creative Work
- High Proficiency in Adobe Cs5 (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
- Highly Conceptual, Team Leader, Constructive
- Self motivation & time management skills
- Must be effective projector leader, clear communicator & consensus builder, highly organized, detail oriented, and able to coordinate multiple project simultaneously
- Possess ability to market concepts to client (Presentation skill is a must)
- Excellent time management skill
- Able to lead and motivate team
- Able to communicate effective and efficiently
- Loyal & Responsible toward his/her works
- Able to undertake multiple responsibilities
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to undertake other responsibilities given by Management Team
