Chef de cuisine (Asian and Western)









Responsibilities :

  • The chef de cuisine reports to the executive chef and is responsible for the daily operations of a single kitchen withing the hotel.

  • In a way, the chef de cuisine is the first-in-command on a day-to-day basis, managing all other food preparation employees, right from the sous chef, pastry chef, cooks and dishwashers.







Qualification :


  • Male, maximum 35 years old

  • Culinary and or hospitality education

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in the same capacity
