Our products and Company brand name are well-known by customers in all Asia Pacific markets and the products are used nationwide in the majority of the retail stores.


Interviews with customers show that HL Display is regarded as the global market leader within in-store communication and merchandising. Our market position on markets as Singapore is similar to the rest of the Asia Pacific Area; HL Display is regarded as innovative, to have a wide product assortment, good and reliable products and offer good value for money, according to our customers.


The sales growth in Asia Pacific is driven by sales to customers within the retail food and non-food sector – our market position within the Brands customer segment is influenced by strong and diversified competition from local suppliers.




Brands Key Account Manager - Indonesia




Location: Work location is located in Jakarta.


Reporting to:Country Manager, Indonesia

Function(s):



  • Develop new business opportunities in the Indonesia FMCG segment.

  • Accountable for the top-line and bottom-line Brands sales target.

  • Devise business plan to generate new accounts within the FMCG industry.


Responsibilities:



  • Formulate and implement strategies to expand sales growth in the FMCG sector.

  • Identify new opportunities for sales of the Company’s products and solutions.

  • Understand local needs and provide inputs into regional positioning, pricing, etc.

  • Comprehend broad business strategies and drive them into specific initiatives and tactical implementation plans.

  • Assist and support local sales and marketing campaigns. Provide support for local / region forecasting and business planning.

  • Keep abreast of competition activities, customers’ achievements and in general, business opportunities.


Preferred Candidate Profile:



Nationality:Indonesian



Education:A University Degree from a recognised tertiary institution.



Languages:English and Bahasa Indonesia



Experience:



  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a multi-national corporation, with a minimum of 3 years’ sales and marketing experience in the FMCG or modern retail industry.

  • Possess good understanding of sales techniques and professional sales management processes.

  • Possess a successful track record of sales management and development, establishing targets and closing deals.

  • Must have strong commercial acumen and be able to grow the business and drive sales.

  • Must be able to think strategically and have strong management skills with good knowledge of brand management / marketing principles.
