LEGAL OFFICER

With the following requirements:

• Male, max. 30 years old


• Bachelor of law from reputable university


• 3-5 years experiences in the same field


• Advocate license is an advantage


• Good understanding of Indonesian law; especially private and company law, foreign investment, construction, shipping and coal mining industry related regulations


• Familiar with Notary and Land Document


• Experience in contract drafting, legal due diligence and provide legal opinion


• Good English both oral and written, Mandarin is a plus


• Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and able to work underpressure


• Willing to travel when required
