HOTEL-SOUS CHEF (BANDUNG-JAWA BARAT)
General Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Maks 40 years
- Preferable experience at least 3 years as a Chef
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in culinary discipline
- Experience and expertise in a variety of cuisines
- Demonstrated experience to manage all aspect of production operations including production planning, stock handling and food preparation and presentation
- Detailed knowledge of food safety systems and procedures and demonstrated ability to comply to standards
- Working knowledge of and proven application of occupational Health and safety requirements
- Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite and past experience with culinary specific programs
- Operational-Establish quality and quantity standards of food preparation & presentation
- Develop and standardize new recipes in order to add variety to the F & B outlets
