LEAD DEVELOPER
The Lead Developer will lead a team of 2 developers and will be responsible for Clozette and Campaign websites. The ideal candidate is one with strong skills and experience in developing and growing websites with advanced technology and features.

Responsibilities
- Study issue and suggest efficient solution & technical implementation
- Provides technical direction for product development
- Systems integration (various vendors) from definition phase through implementation
- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients
- Reviews work of technical / campaign team
- Keeps technical / campaign team well informed of rapid technical changes
- Manage client interaction and expectation regarding development efforts
- Troubleshooting
- Technical roadmap planning
- Timeline planning
Desired Skills and Experience
Skill Requirements
- PHP, Codeigniter (1.7, 2.x)
- Solid understanding of AWS
- Server administration (AWS, DigitalOcean)
- Solid bash scripts
- Solr
- Git
- MySQL
- Apache with mod_pagespeed
- Optimization (frontend, backend)
- Good understanding on network
- Adaptive to rapid technical changes
- Wordpress
- Memcache
- JavaScript, JQuery
- CSS (Sass, Less will be good)
