CDP KITCHEN - HEAD CHEF (CIKARANG)
Responsibilities
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Diploma or degree from recognized Hospitality
- At least 2 years experience in similar position at 4 or 5 stars hotel
- Excellent cooking of western food
- Guest satisfaction oriented with effective complaint handling
- Team work oriented & Good leadership skill with quality of developing people
- Honest, dynamic, energetic and open minded
- Ready to work on flexible hours and hard worker and able to speak English
- Fluent in English oral and written, (other foreign languages for GRO and Reception is an advantage)
- Having knowledge about HACCP, more preferably having certificate of participation to the HACCP course Please
- Placement for Jakarta / Cikarang
