We are a PMA located in Taman Tekno BSD Serpong, Tangerang, an organization in the retailing industry providing One-Stop solutions for the supply of Shelving Systems, Shopping Trolleys, Refrigeration Showcases, Food Processing Equipment, etc for retail industry.

SERVICE MANAGER (SM)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service strategies and SOP to meet after sales objectives and targets
- Liaise and coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department for customer feedback and on site product performance to be in line with benchmark and hence facilitating closing of sales,
- Lead and manage Service Technicians through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular service level review and teambuilding, in order to maximise customer satisfaction and business results,
- Troubleshoot with Service team and manage customer feedback diligently and professionallyin order ensure highest customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Candidate must possessed at least Diploma preferably in electrical engineering
- Have 2-3 years experience in refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical fault finding inequipment.
- Required skill (s): positive attitude,abble to work independently, able to communicate effectively, self motivated and result oriented
- Good command in English both oral and written.
- Mandarin is advantage
- Posses own transport
